Fencing & Barriers

• Perimeter fencing is continuous, intact, and without breaches
• All gates are secured and functional
• Clear space maintained on both sides of fence/barrier
• Warning and no-trespassing signs posted

Lighting

• Perimeter lighting operational and sufficient
• No unprotected dark spots on perimeter

Access Points

• All vehicle & personnel access points monitored/controlled
• Visitor entry procedures in place

Surveillance

• Surveillance cameras cover entire perimeter
• Cameras unobstructed and in proper working condition

Inspection & Patrols

• Regular patrols of the perimeter conducted
• Inspection and incident logs maintained
