Sportsmanship Pledge for Managers

As a manager, I acknowledge the vital role I play in setting the example for athletes, coaches, parents, and spectators. I hereby pledge to:

• Demonstrate respect toward all players, coaches, officials, and opponents at all times.
• Promote fair play and good sportsmanship in both words and actions.
• Encourage positive team spirit and cooperation among team members.
• Uphold the rules and integrity of the sport.
• Address conflicts and disagreements in a respectful and constructive manner.
• Support the decisions of officials and league administrators.
• Foster a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for everyone involved.

I understand that failing to abide by this pledge may result in disciplinary action as determined by league policies.
