Esports Tournament Participation Waiver

By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding your participation in the Esports Tournament.

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in the tournament may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical injuries, mental stress, and equipment damages. I voluntarily accept all such risks associated with my participation.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the organizers, sponsors, and venue from any liability related to injury, loss, or damages arising out of my participation in the event.

3. Code of Conduct

I agree to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner throughout the event and follow all tournament rules as provided by the organizers.

4. Media Release

I grant permission to use my name, likeness, and gameplay footage for promotional purposes without compensation.
