I hereby grant permission for photographs and/or videos of my child participating in the Junior Sports Camp to be taken and used for promotional, educational, or informational materials by the organization, including print and digital formats.
I understand that neither my child nor I will receive compensation for such use, and that all photographs and videos will remain property of the organization.
