By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a passenger of the limousine service:
- I acknowledge that my participation as a passenger is voluntary and at my own risk.
- I release and hold harmless the limousine company, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury or damages that may occur during the service.
- I agree to comply with all rules and policies provided by the limousine company and the driver.
- I agree not to bring any prohibited items into the vehicle.
- I understand that any damage caused to the limousine resulting from my actions will be my responsibility.
