• I am aware that boating and water activities involve risks of injury, death, or property damage.
• I voluntarily assume all risks related to participation on the chartered boat.
• I agree to release and hold harmless the boat owner, charter company, crew, and their agents from any liability or claims arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• I agree to follow all safety instructions and rules provided by the crew and acknowledge my responsibility for my own safety.
