Charter Bus Passenger Liability Waiver

This Liability Waiver ("Waiver") is executed by the individual passenger listed below ("Passenger") for participation in a charter bus trip ("Trip") provided by the service operator.

I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with travel, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage, and voluntarily assume all responsibility for these risks during my participation in this Trip.

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns, release and discharge the charter bus operator, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims or liabilities for injury, loss, or damage arising out of or related to my participation in the Trip, except where prohibited by law.

I authorize the bus operator to secure medical treatment for me in the event of illness or injury if I am unable to consent, at my own expense.
