Adventure Tour Passenger Waiver and Release

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following in connection with my participation in the Adventure Tour:

1. I recognize and accept all risks associated with participation, including those resulting from natural hazards, equipment failure, or actions of other participants and third parties.
2. I certify that I am in good health and capable of participating in all activities included in the tour.
3. I assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from my participation.
4. I agree to follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the tour organizers or their representatives.
5. I hereby release and discharge the tour organizers, agents, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising out of my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. I consent to the use of photographs or video taken during the tour for promotional purposes.
