I acknowledge and agree that by participating as a passenger in this rideshare arrangement, I fully release and hold harmless the driver and rideshare organizer from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injuries or damages resulting from the ride. I understand and accept the risks associated with ridesharing, and agree to assume full responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur during the trip.
