I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree that participation in the above event involves certain inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury or property damage. I hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation as a passenger in the event.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants for any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me while participating in the event.
I certify that I am physically fit and capable of participating. I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this waiver and release.
