Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, understand that participation in the rock climbing youth event involves inherent risks including but not limited to serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, their employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of, or in connection with, my child’s participation in this event.

Medical Authorization

I authorize the event staff to provide or arrange emergency medical treatment for my child in the event of an accident or illness. I accept responsibility for all costs related to such treatment.

Photo/Media Release

I grant permission for photographs or video of my child taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes by the event organizers.
