I, the undersigned participant, understand and acknowledge that participation in intramural flag football involves physical activity and inherent risks of injury. I hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this activity.
I release and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, referees, staff, and any associated parties from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my participation in intramural flag football games, practices, or related events.
I certify that I am physically fit to participate in this activity and that I will comply with all rules and instructions provided by the organizers.
I have read and understand this Liability Release and voluntarily sign it.
