I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Community Fun Run. I am aware that participation in this event involves physical activity and inherent risks of injury, including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, and effects of weather, traffic, and road conditions.
In consideration of my participation, I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, illnesses, damages, or losses that may arise as a result of my participation.
I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of safely participating in the Fun Run, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
I understand this waiver applies to myself and my heirs, assigns, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf.
