Bicycle Rental Waiver and Agreement Form

I acknowledge that bicycling has inherent risks and voluntarily assume all responsibility for risk of injury or loss. I agree to follow all safety instructions and use the bicycle in a lawful, responsible manner.

I release and waive all claims against the rental company and its staff for any injury, loss, or damages during my rental period. I agree to be responsible for any damages or loss to the rented bicycle or equipment.

I am qualified to operate a bicycle and have no medical conditions that would impair my ability to participate. I confirm that I have inspected the bicycle and found it in safe working condition.
