Gymnast Code of Conduct and Ethics Agreement

This document outlines the expected standards of conduct and ethical behavior for all gymnasts participating in our program. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and commit to uphold these standards at all times.

1. Respect

Show respect towards coaches, teammates, officials, opponents, and all facility staff.
Listen to and follow instructions given by coaches and officials.

2. Integrity

Always strive to be honest and fair in all actions.
Do not participate in any form of cheating, dishonest behavior, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

3. Responsibility

Arrive on time for training and events.
Take proper care of all equipment and facilities.
Inform coaches in advance if unable to attend a scheduled session.

4. Safety

Follow all safety rules and guidelines.
Report any injury or unsafe situation immediately to a coach or responsible adult.

5. Teamwork

Encourage and support teammates at all times.
Celebrate the successes of others and offer help when needed.

6. Commitment

Give your best effort during all practices and competitions.
Strive for personal improvement and work towards your goals.

7. Consequences

Any violation of this code may result in disciplinary action, which can include suspension or removal from the program.
