I will attend practices and games on time and notify my coach if I cannot attend.
I will work hard, listen, and do my best for the benefit of the team.
I will not use inappropriate language or engage in bullying or aggressive behavior.
I will care for the facilities, equipment, and uniforms provided.
I understand that violation of this code may result in disciplinary action.
I have read and understand the Youth Soccer Player Code of Conduct. I agree to follow these expectations and understand the consequences if I do not.
