Cheerleading Competition Waiver

I, the undersigned participant, understand and agree to the following terms and conditions in order to participate in the cheerleading competition:

• I acknowledge that cheerleading involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury.
• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.
• I agree to comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers and facility.
• I understand that medical insurance is my responsibility.
• I release and discharge the organizers, venue, sponsors, and all affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, and causes of action as a result of my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
