Community Fun Run Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration for participating in the Community Fun Run ("Event"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I am voluntarily participating in the Event and am aware that participating in a running event is a potentially hazardous activity.
• I certify that I am physically fit and sufficiently prepared for participation in this Event.
• I assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, traffic, and course conditions.
• I hereby release and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and any affiliated individuals or entities from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from my participation in the Event.
• I grant permission for the use of my photographs or likeness from the Event for legitimate purposes.
• I have read and agree to abide by all rules and instructions relating to the Event.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accept the terms of this waiver and release.
