Adventure Race Team Waiver Form

Waiver and Release of Liability:

I understand that participating in an adventure race is a potentially hazardous activity. By signing below, I (and my team) knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, and release the event organizers, sponsors, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of my participation in this event. I certify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for this event. I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms.
