This agreement outlines the standards of behavior expected from all members of the volleyball team. By signing below, each player acknowledges and commits to upholding these standards throughout the season.

Player Expectations

Attend all practices, games, and team meetings on time.
Demonstrate respect toward coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials.
Maintain a positive attitude on and off the court.
Communicate absences or lateness to coaches as early as possible.
Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
Follow all team, school, and league rules and policies.
Take responsibility for personal and shared equipment.
Refrain from the use of inappropriate language or gestures.
Be a role model at all team-related events and activities.
Accept decisions of coaches and officials without argument.

Consequences

Violations of this agreement may result in disciplinary actions, including reduced playing time or suspension from team activities.
Repeated or serious violations may lead to removal from the team.
