1. Transfer Terms
The Transferring Team agrees to transfer the contract and registration of the Player to the Receiving Team as per the following terms:

2. Player Obligations
The Player agrees to all terms, conditions, and rules set by the Receiving Team and the relevant league/organizer effective on the Transfer Date.
3. Release & Waiver
Upon receipt of the payment outlined above, the Transferring Team will release the Player from all contractual obligations.
4. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of
