This Volunteer Driver Release of Liability Form ("Form") is made between the undersigned volunteer driver ("Volunteer") and the organization ("Organization"). By signing this form, the Volunteer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions concerning their participation as a volunteer driver.
I acknowledge that driving in a volunteer capacity may involve inherent risks, including the risk of property damage, personal injury, or death. I agree, in consideration of being permitted to serve as a volunteer driver, to release and hold harmless the Organization, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising out of or related to my activities as a volunteer driver.
I confirm that I possess a valid driver’s license, that the vehicle used is properly registered and insured, and that I will comply with all applicable traffic laws and organizational policies while driving as a volunteer.
