Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in CrossFit competition involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, temporary or permanent disability, and death. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating and assume all risks associated with participation.

Medical Clearance

I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in this competition. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician regarding my fitness to participate.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, and venue from any and all liability, claims, and causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event.

Media Consent

I grant permission for the use of my likeness in photographs, video, or other media taken during the competition for promotional purposes.
