I understand and acknowledge that participating in competitive esports involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, exposure to loud noises, flashing lights, repetitive motion injuries, eye strain, and emotional stress. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event.
I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Event organizers,
their affiliates, sponsors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in the Event.
In the event of an injury or medical emergency during the Event, I authorize the Event organizers to seek medical treatment on my behalf and agree to be responsible for any resulting medical expenses.
I agree to abide by all Event rules and the code of conduct established by the organizers. I understand that failure to comply may result in my disqualification and removal from the Event.
I grant permission for my likeness, name, and gameplay to be recorded, photographed, and/or broadcast during the Event and for such media to be used by the organizers for promotional purposes.
I am 18 years of age or older, or I have secured the consent of my parent or legal guardian as indicated below. I have read, understood, and voluntarily sign this waiver and release of liability.
