I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby give permission for my child to participate in the Elementary School Cross Country Event. I understand that running is a potentially hazardous activity and my child is in good health and physically fit to participate.
I acknowledge and accept all risks associated with this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, weather, course conditions, and other risks that may arise. I waive and release the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, school officials, and all parties associated with this event from any and all claims for damages and injuries that may result from participation.
