I, the undersigned vendor, hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the organizers of the event noted above. I understand and agree that the organizers, event staff, and property owners are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or accident that may occur before, during, or after the event. I assume full responsibility for my property and persons participating with my booth. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all event organizers against any legal actions as a result of my participation.
