I acknowledge that by participating in this wine tasting event, I am doing so at my own risk. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, their agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in this event, including but not limited to any injury, illness, or property damage.
I certify that I am of legal drinking age and understand that consumption of alcohol is voluntary and at my own discretion. I take full responsibility for my actions during and after the event and agree to comply with all applicable laws and event rules.
I have read and fully understand this release of liability, and I sign it voluntarily.
