I understand and acknowledge that participation in Adventure Park activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless the Adventure Park, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability arising from my participation in the event.
