By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and accept that participating in art classes involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to art materials, tools, and the potential for accidental injury. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries that may occur during my participation in this art class or related activities.
I release and discharge the instructor, facility, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or relating to any injury, loss, or damage to person or property incurred in connection with the art class.
