Food Tasting Event Hold Harmless Form

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that by participating in the Food Tasting Event, I am voluntarily tasting food and beverages that may contain allergens or ingredients that could cause an allergic or adverse reaction. I assume full responsibility for any risk of illness, allergic reaction, injury, or loss that may arise from my participation.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Food Tasting Event, I hereby release and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, vendors, venue, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action resulting from participation in this event.
