In consideration of my participation in the Charity Run event, I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
I understand and accept all risks associated with participation in this event, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property loss.
I certify that I am physically fit and have consulted a physician regarding my participation if necessary.
I agree to comply with all event rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the organizers and volunteers.
I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and associated personnel from any liability arising from my participation.
I grant permission for the use of photographs, motion pictures, and video recordings of me taken during the event for any legitimate purpose.
I have read and fully understand this Liability Agreement. My signature below acknowledges my consent and agreement to its terms.
