Agreement Terms

  1. The drone must be used only for approved educational or research purposes.
  2. All local, state, and federal regulations for drone operation must be followed at all times.
  3. The user is responsible for the safe operation and return of the drone in its original condition.
  4. The user agrees to report any damage, technical issues, or incidents immediately to the responsible authority.
  5. The drone must not be flown over restricted areas or crowds, or outside designated operation zones.
  6. The drone and all accessories must be returned by the agreed-upon due date.
  7. Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension of checkout privileges and/or disciplinary action.
