By signing this waiver, I, as the parent or legal guardian of the child named above, consent to my child’s participation in the baseball tryout. I understand that participation in baseball activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. I hereby release and hold harmless the organizers, coaches, volunteers, and facility owners from any and all liability arising out of my child’s participation in the tryout.
