Player's Code of Conduct

• Respect coaches, officials, teammates, opponents, and spectators at all times.
• Demonstrate good sportsmanship on and off the field/court.
• Follow instructions and team rules promptly and respectfully.
• Always do your best, both in practice and games.
• Take care of equipment, facilities, and uniforms.
• Abide by the rules and spirit of the game.

Parent's Code of Conduct

• Encourage good sportsmanship by setting a positive example for all players.
• Respect coaches, officials, players, and other parents at all times.
• Allow coaches to coach and officials to officiate without interference.
• Support your child and the team, win or lose.
• Communicate concerns through the proper channels respectfully and privately.
• Promote a positive and enjoyable environment for all participants.

Agreement

1. We have read and understand the Code of Conduct described above.
2. We agree to uphold these standards throughout the season.
3. We understand that violations may result in consequences including suspension or removal from the team or event.
