Agreement Terms
I acknowledge receipt of the below-listed equipment in good condition.
I agree to use the equipment solely for team-sanctioned activities.
I will care for and maintain the equipment and return it at the end of the season or upon request.
I am responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment due to negligence or misuse.
If any equipment is not returned or is damaged, I agree to reimburse the team/organization for the replacement cost.
