The Renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition as received, subject to ordinary wear and tear. The Renter will not use the vehicle for illegal purposes or operate the vehicle without a valid driver’s license. The Renter acknowledges responsibility for any damages, traffic violations, or fines incurred during the rental period. Other terms and conditions may apply.
