1. The Renter acknowledges receipt of the vehicle in good condition.
2. The Renter agrees to return the vehicle on the agreed date and time, in the same condition as received.
3. Smoking and pets are prohibited in the vehicle.
4. The Renter is responsible for all traffic violations and fines incurred during the rental period.
5. The vehicle may not be driven by anyone other than the authorized Renter.
6. Additional terms and conditions may apply as set forth by the Owner.
