I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a vehicle test drive and that I possess a valid driver’s license. I agree to operate the vehicle in a safe and lawful manner, and accept full responsibility for any damages or liability that may arise as a result of my actions during the test drive.

I hereby release the dealership and its employees from any and all claims, loss, or liability for personal or property damage that may arise from or in connection with my participation in the test drive, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the dealership.
