Lab Safety Guidelines

• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in the laboratory.
• Report all accidents, spills, or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Do not eat, drink, or apply cosmetics in lab areas.
• Properly label and store all chemicals, reagents, and samples.
• Dispose of biological and chemical waste according to laboratory policies.
• Keep workspaces clean and organized.
• Ensure familiarity with the location and use of safety equipment (e.g., eyewash stations, fire extinguishers).
• Complete all required safety training before beginning lab work.
