Construction Crew New Hire Vehicle Safety Policy Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have received, read, and understood the Vehicle Safety Policy provided to me as part of my employment with the construction crew. I understand that following all safety procedures and guidelines is a condition of my employment. I agree to comply with the policy and understand that any violation may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
