Terms & Conditions

1. The subscriber agrees to receive a share of the farm’s harvest during the subscription period as detailed above.
2. The farm pledges to use best practices in growing and delivering fresh products as per the outlined schedule.
3. The subscriber understands that crop yields and variety may be affected by weather and other uncontrollable events.
4. Refunds or substitutions may not be available due to the nature of farm operations.
5. All payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule above.
6. Any changes to the agreement must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.
