I, the undersigned, acknowledge that the detailing services to be performed on my vehicle may involve the use of chemicals, machinery, and other materials and processes which, while undertaken by skilled professionals, may carry certain risks, especially given the high-end or exotic nature of my automobile.
I understand and agree that (“Detailer”) and its employees, agents, and subcontractors shall not be held responsible for pre-existing conditions, latent or hidden defects, or manufacturer defects which may become evident as a result of detailing.
I further acknowledge that I have disclosed all known damages or sensitivities of the vehicle’s finishes, coatings, or features.
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Detailer for any claim, damage, or loss, except in the case of proven gross negligence.
I certify that I have read this Waiver & Release and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily sign it as my own free act and deed.
