Liability Release Agreement
I acknowledge that paint correction services may involve methods such as machine polishing, compounding, and the use of various products on the vehicle's surface. I understand that:
- Paint thickness may vary and lead to unpredictable results.
- There may be pre-existing defects, damages, or prior repairs that could affect the paint correction outcome.
- The service provider is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle’s paint, trim, or adjoining surfaces due to existing defects or the paint correction process.
- I have informed the service provider of any prior repairs or concerns regarding the condition of my vehicle’s paint.
By signing below, I release the service provider from any liability for potential damages resulting from paint correction services performed on my vehicle.
