This Liability Waiver ("Waiver") is between the undersigned ("Customer") and the Mobile Auto Detailing Service Provider ("Company").
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company, its employees, agents, and contractors shall not be held liable for any damages, loss, theft, or injuries resulting from or connected to the detailing services provided, except where such liability is the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company. The Customer affirms that the vehicle is in sound condition, free from hazards, and that all valuables have been removed prior to service.
By signing below, the Customer understands, accepts, and agrees to all the terms outlined in this waiver.
