Terms & Conditions
1. The Landlord hereby leases to the Tenant the parking space described above for the term stated, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2. The Tenant shall use the parking space solely for the parking of one (1) private motor vehicle.
3. The Tenant agrees to pay the rent amount as specified above, payable each month on or before the payment due date.
4. The Tenant shall keep the parking space clean and shall not perform repairs, store hazardous materials, or abandon vehicles on the premises.
5. The Landlord shall not be liable for loss, theft or damages to the vehicle or its contents, except as required by law.
6. Either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice in accordance with the lease term.
