Tenants agree to clean up after themselves and not to leave appliances in a dirty or inoperable state for others.
The landlord is not responsible for personal property left in, on, or around shared appliances.
Any damage, malfunction, or issue with the shared appliances must be reported to the landlord promptly.
Usage schedules or other rules governing shared appliances (if any):
The tenant acknowledges that violation of these terms may result in loss of appliance privileges or additional charges.
