Overnight Guest Restrictions Addendum

This Addendum is made part of the lease agreement dated between ("Resident") and ("Owner/Agent") for the premises located at .

1. Purpose

This Addendum outlines restrictions regarding overnight guests at the leased premises.

2. Overnight Guest Policy

Resident agrees that overnight guests may not stay at the premises for more than consecutive nights or nights in a calendar month without prior written approval from Owner/Agent.

All overnight guests must be registered with the Owner/Agent by providing the following information: full name, contact number, and dates of stay.

4. Violations
