This Quiet Hours Agreement Addendum ("Addendum") is made part of the lease agreement between ("Landlord") and ("Tenant") for the property located at ("Premises").
The Landlord and Tenant agree that "Quiet Hours" will be strictly observed at the Premises during the following hours:

on the following days: .
During Quiet Hours, Tenant and their guests agree to keep noise to a minimum both inside and outside the Premises, including but not limited to playing music, loud conversations, and use of appliances.
Repeated violations of this Addendum may result in written warnings, fines, or other lease consequences as determined by the Landlord.
This Addendum is binding and incorporated into the Lease Agreement. All other terms of the Lease remain in effect.
