The pet owner is solely responsible for the pet’s care, behavior, and any damages caused.
All roommates have agreed to the presence of the pet described above.
Pet must not cause disturbances, nuisance, or damage to the property or others’ belongings.
Pet waste must be cleaned promptly and disposed of properly.
Any damages or extra cleaning due to the pet will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
This addendum is attached to and made part of the Roommate Agreement.
