I authorize the cleaning and detailing of my child's car seat as described above. I acknowledge that the detailing process may involve removal, cleaning, and reinstallation of the child seat. I understand the service provider will follow manufacturer guidelines when able, but it is my responsibility to inspect and ensure proper reinstallation and suitability for use after service. I release the service provider, its agents, and employees from any liability related to the cleaning and reinstallation of the child seat.
